This photo will give you a good prospective view of the
volcano region. I have labeled much of the points of interests. My place is marked
VolcanoVillage.com Home. About 5 miles to Pu'uO'o, 4 mile from the
village (Lava Rock Cafe). I also marked the 7 mile Napau Carter Trail, This is the
trail I hiked 20 years ago to get the Pu'uO'o pictures. In fact back when this picture was
taken. This photo does not have all of the Chain of Craters Rd, But does show the upper
portion of it. I have marked it. This is the road that takes you down to the ocean where
the current activity is happening. That is in the upper right hand corner.
