Credit Cards: Giving credit card information is actually
safer than giving a credit card number over the telephone, giving it to a food server or
even using it at the gas station. Yet we do all these things and never question this
procedure. The system that we use is as safe as the automatic teller machines we are
accustomed to using; however, if you are uncomfortable with paying by credit card or
electronic checking over the internet, we understand. You may pay by check or money
order via the postal service. You will need to e-mail us your order (you may
give us your credit card information in your SECURE e-mail if you wish; you may find this
on the Check Out area of the Shopping Cart) and we will e-mail your total back to you
within 24 hours. Important: There is a "secure e-mail" option on
your shopping cart. Do NOT send credit card or checking account information from the
e-mail links on the website pages. You may send orders via the e-mail links if you
wish to pay by money order or personal check via the postal service.
Once your payment is received and has cleared (no clearing time
for bank or postal money orders), your order will be shipped out by U.S. Priority Mail.
There is a $25 fee for all returned checks (both electronic and
personally mailed).
Hawaii Residents: A mandatory (sigh~~) 4% sales tax
charge will be added to all orders.
We strive for product excellence; however, if you are
dissatisfied with a product that you have ordered, we will gladly accept the product back
and grant a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you purchased
items by credit card or electronic checking, you will need to contact us and, upon
return of the merchandise, we will credit your account accordingly. If you
purchased items by check or money order, please e-mail us and, upon return of the
merchandise, you will be refunded by check.
Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is, or
appears to be, damaged, please notify us immediately so that we may take the appropriate
action.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order prior
to shipping, please advise us via e-mail. Please type: "ORDER: Urgent
Please Cancel" in the "Subject" area of your e-mail. We will
immediately credit your account (if paying by credit card or electronic checking) or
refund your payment (check or money order payments).
